These schedules and reports contain &#8220;EV&#8221; functionality that is continues to work even though the document is offline.&nbsp; This is facilitated by the system converting &#8220;EV&#8221; functions into a special offline version, such as &#8220;EV_&#8221;.&nbsp; For example: <strong>EV<\/strong>DES is converted into <strong>EV_<\/strong>DES in the offline Park-n-Go version.&nbsp; In addition, the associated dimension data is cached into hidden sheets within the offline workbook.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>These hidden sheets can be accessed using the following Visual Basic code entered into the marcro of the offline file.&nbsp; The full procedure is as follows: <\/p>\n<p>Open Offline Park-n-Go template and note number of workbook sheets visible (in the example show there is only one sheet visible):  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" alt=\"1\" align=\"baseline\" src=\"https:\/\/wiki.sdn.sap.com\/wiki\/download\/attachments\/15925475\/1.JPG\" width=\"296\" height=\"86\"> <\/p>\n<p>Access Visual Basic (Alt+F11), this is located in the &#8220;Developers&#8221; tab for Excel 2007: <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" alt=\"2\" align=\"baseline\" src=\"https:\/\/wiki.sdn.sap.com\/wiki\/download\/attachments\/15925475\/2.JPG\" width=\"594\" height=\"201\"> <\/p>\n<p>Select the &#8220;ThisWorkbook&#8221; object and add the following Visual Basic (VB) code to the right screen:  <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sub showAllSheets()<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Dim i As Integer<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>For i = 1 To Sheets.Count<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sheets(i).Visible = -1<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Next i<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>End Sub<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Your screen should look similar to this: <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" alt=\"3\" align=\"baseline\" src=\"https:\/\/wiki.sdn.sap.com\/wiki\/download\/attachments\/15925475\/3.JPG\" width=\"546\" height=\"206\"> <\/p>\n<p>Run the script by selecting F5 or&nbsp;&nbsp;
